Tickets
How do I find out when Fuzzy events go on sale?
We announce event and on sale information in our Fuzzy newsletter. To subscribe click on the 'Sign up to the free newsletter' link on the front page. Or click here. Then you'll be the first to know!
I bought tickets and received confirmation of payment (i.e. the funds were debited from my account) but no tickets were recieved.
All you have to do is call ticket support on 1300 438 849 and they will check your email address is correct and resend them to you.
I have lost my ticket, can I get another one?
Tickets cannot be reprinted for general admission events. If your ticket has been lost or stolen we need to cancel the ticket and void the barcode. We will then issue a new ticket with valid barcode to ensure that you gain entry to the event and not someone who found or stole the original ticket. There may be a fee to reissue lost or stolen tickets. You will find that this isn't just a Fuzzy policy but a policy with most general admission events.
I am buying a ticket from an unauthorised outlet, can you validate it for me?
We will not tell you if a ticket is valid. Tickets to most of our events can be cancelled at any time up to and including the day/night of the event for a variety of reasons. Therefore we can never guarantee the validity of a ticket unless bought from an authorised outlet. In addition we do not support re-selling of our tickets. Many people have bought tickets from scalpers only to find when they arrived at the event, the tickets were fake, invalid or cancelled by the original purchaser.. We strongly suggest you don’t risk it and only buy your tickets from authorised outlets (i.e the Fuzzy or Parklife websites).
I need to change the name on one of my tickets. Is this possible?
This is easy to do and can all be done from your end online. All you have to do is go back to the website, select the Check/Update Ticket option and follow the prompts to reissue the ticket. You must have all of the correct details (full name and date of birth) of the person you wish to transfer the ticket to and pay the reissue fee. The ticket that you currently have will be cancelled and the barcode voided. An entirely new ticket with valid barcode will be generated and emailed to you. If you have any problems with this process please call ticket support on 1300 438 849.
PLEASE NOTE: Harbourlife tickets are 100% non-transferrable and non-refundable. This was clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions that you needed to agree to prior to purchasing the tickets.I made a mistake while purchasing a friend's ticket. I put in the wrong date of birth, will this be ok?
NO. You need to make sure that all of the details on the tickets match the photo ID of the person using each ticket...you don't want any hassles on the day when you're trying to get into the event. If you have entered incorrect details, just select the Check/Update Ticket option on the Fuzzy homepage. Follow the prompts and a new ticket will have to be issued. A reissue fee will apply.
Do I have to pay the $20 reissue fee even if I just need to change the date of birth on the ticket?
YES. It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions you agreed to prior to purchasing any tickets that all details (full name and date of birth) on each ticket must be correct and that any ticket changes including corrections will incur a fee per ticket reissued. This fee is to cover the administrative costs involved in cancelling the original tickets, voiding barcodes and generating new ticket numbers with valid barcodes. This system is also in place to deter scalpers.
Does sold out mean sold out?
We would NEVER say something was sold out and then put more tickets on sale. So if the website says sold out, it means sold out.

Event Info
Do you have a dress code?
As a general rule we don’t have a dress code at any of our events, but you do have to wear shoes. Sometimes though venues may impose restrictions but we will have these listed on the event page on the Fuzzy website.
What can’t I bring to your events?
Alcohol, illegal substances, video and audio recording devices, opened water bottles, stickers, promotional materials, weapons, glass, aerosol cans and spray paint. Our outdoor events are often even stricter as they are held in sensitive venues and for that reason you also can’t bring: tents, furniture, inflatables, eskies, bags of ice, supersoakers, anything that will stake the ground or harm the venue.
Are your events over 18s only?
Yes, unless otherwise stated. Please make sure you bring photo ID to all our events

Membership
How long are memberships valid for?
All memberships are valid for a year. You will be sent a reminder email when you need to renew.
Will people always be able to sign up as members?
Yes, but you need to sign up before specific dates to be eligible for presale for events. (i.e. To be eligible to buy tickets in the exclusive member pre-sale for Parklife 2009 you must sign up as a member by 5pm Monday 15th June 2009.)
Can we use our new membership card to pick up tickets at Parklife instead of bringing the credit card?
There isn't a membership card and you don't need to bring your credit card to the event, as your Fuzzy tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF print at home ticket. Also if you lose your ticket or have it stolen we can cancel the original ticket barcode and reissue a new valid PDF print at home ticket. A reissue fee will apply.
What are the specific benefits for members?
The main benefit is early access to tickets before the public in member only pre-sales. In the coming months we will be adding more and more benefits and members will get emails letting them know the exact details. The benefits will also be listed on the Members page of the Fuzzy website.
Is my old membership still valid?
Most of our old memberships have expired now. If you believe your membership is still valid, please contact members@fuzzy.com.au with your membership number and we'll take it from there.
Is there a discount on tickets for members?
There are no discounts for members planned at this stage, but great benefits are coming! For some events, it may be very hard to get tickets at all if you are not a member.
During the Parklife pre sale for members, can I purchase a ticket for myself and one for my sister/brother or friend who is not a member? i.e. can a member purchase more than one ticket per event in the pre-sale?
Allocations to members during pre-sale periods will vary depending on how many tickets are available for each event. Members will be able to buy at least one additional ticket during the pre-sale and that ticket doesn't have to be for a member. However you won't earn Fuzzy Stamps for tickets you purchase for other people. Of course, if your friend does become a member they will be able to earn Stamps for their purchase.
Your website states that if a member ticket is bought in a pre-sale it cannot be transferred into another name. I respect the initiatives that are being put in place re: scalping, however sometimes a work or other commitment comes up which means we are not able to attend an event that we purchased months prior. However I don't want to be out of pocket and if I can find a friend or someone who wants to take it instead.
Members will be able to reissue a member ticket purchased in a pre-sale and a reissue fee will apply, but remember you will lose the Stamps earned for the ticket you have purchased if you do transfer it.
PLEASE NOTE: Harbourlife tickets are 100% non-transferrable and non-refundable and this was clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions that you had to agree to prior to purchase. If the Fuzzy / Parklife website sells out and we buy tickets elsewhere, do we still earn points?
No, you have to buy through the Fuzzy (or Parklife) website to earn points. We're aiming to soon be selling all or most tickets through the Fuzzy website and it"s where the members' only presale tickets will be sold.
What percentage of the total allocation for each festival is reserved for Fuzzy members?
This will vary from event to event, but since the member tickets go on sale before the public ones, usually most of the capacity of the event will be available to Fuzzy members. Member tickets will usually go on sale from a couple of days to a week before the public tickets are released. We expect that very few non-members will get tickets to Harbourlife again this year.
What are the extra benefits of Silver and Gold membership?
The main benefit will be their own presale periods, so you get more chances to get tickets. There will always be less Gold than Silver and less Silver than Bronze members, so the more Fuzzy events you've been to the closer to the front of the ticket queue you are. We're also going to come up with more benefits for silver and gold members to reward you for your loyalty.
If I'm a member do I have to buy my member ticket during the presale to earn Stamps?
No, any time you (or anyone else) buys a ticket and puts your name and date of birth on it you earn Stamps for that event.
If I'm a member and I transfer a ticket from my name to someone else, do I keep the Stamps for that event?
No, you don't. If you transfer a ticket to another member, they get the Stamps. The idea is that whoever actually comes to the event earns the Stamps, as long as they are a Fuzzy member. If you transfer to someone who isn't a member, no-one gets Stamps for that ticket. If you bought your ticket during the members only presale, you won't be able to transfer it to someone else.
If someone else buys me a ticket, who earns the Stamps?
If a friend is buying a ticket for you and you're a member, get them to put it in your name and date of birth, that way you will earn Stamps for that event. It doesn't matter whether your friend who's buying the tickets is a member or not.
Will there be a members' presale for Parklife 2009 outside Sydney?
This year there will be a member's presale for all Parklife events across the country. Fuzzy members should watch for the emails being sent to them in the coming weeks with all of the details on how to buy your tickets.
