About Fuzzy

Born out of Sydney, Australia in the late ‘90s, Fuzzy has been putting on events and festivals Down Under with a simple but steadfast mantra: good times done properly. Since then, we’ve welcomed hundreds of thousands of people to our events – building a global community united by a shared love of music and its power to connect us all.

Fuzzy has come a long way since its first 800-capacity night at Sydney club Sublime and pioneering outdoor parties like Parklife and Shore Thing, now taking over The Domain on New Years Day for Field Day – celebrating 25 years in 2026, stage Sydney’s most-spectacular party Harbourlife, curate a string of one-off parties across the country through Listen Out Presents and have more on the horizon to announce soon.

20 years after the birth of Fuzzy, we became part of Superstruct Entertainment in 2018 with the vision to join a global network of what is now over 80 likeminded independent festival owners, all while upholding absolute autonomy in every aspect that defines who we are: the creative vision, the artists we book, the planning and management of our events and festivals, and the ethical and cultural values we have upheld since our founding in the late 1990s. Any profits from Fuzzy-led events or festivals are reinvested in the music business.

Good times done properly is more than a mantra, it guides everything we do. The events and festivals we run have been places where our community comes together to connect for decades while supporting an extensive Aussie supply chain and Aussie artists.

Good times in safe and inclusive spaces

We carefully select suppliers with proven commitment to diversity and inclusion, work closely with our Government and event delivery partners to create safe celebrations embedding local businesses, councils and residents including pioneering Harm Minimisation ‘Party Safe’ Training in collaboration with New South Wales Health and the Australian Festivals Association.

Good times to celebrate our shared love of music

For decades we’ve spotlighted Aussie acts and upcoming icons on Fuzzy stages, like Flume who won Triple J Unearthed slot at Field Day, only to return as headliner in 2018, Rüfüs Du Sol going from a small stage appearance in 2015 to selling out stadiums and headlining Field Day in 2024.

Done properly with a spotlight on sustainability and accessibility

Fuzzy shows are for everyone. Our commitment to sustainability and accessibility guide major decision making across the board – and the facts show it. In 2024 alone we stopped over 650,000 cans and paper cups from going to landfill with our on-site recycling initiative. We’ve also embarked on Admit All: Accessibility Standards for Live Music certification.
