Bondi locals will have first access to tickets from 10am AEST Tuesday 9 September

Bondi Locals Early Access Sale closes 12pm AEST Tuesday 9 September and Presale closes 11am AEST Wednesday 10 September or when allocations are exhausted, whichever comes first. Bondi Locals will also have access to the presale.

Both the Bondi Locals Early Access Sale and Presale will be accessed via a unique link emailed to subscribers Tuesday 9 September.

Please note: If you purchase tickets in the Bondi Locals Early Access Sale you may be subject to ID/address checks upon arrival at the event for validation. Locals = purchaser resides within Waverley Council LGA.

General Admission:
Your ticket to the biggest NYE party in Sydney

– First release: $189.90 + fees

VIP:
VIP is the sendoff 2025 deserves, enjoy exclusive access to the lower Bondi promenade (aka in front of the stage), dedicated VIP entry, exclusive cocktail bar and toilets. Very limited allocation.

Fast Forward: 
Don’t waste a minute of NYE, add a Fast Forward ticket to your cart to enjoy express entry into the event plus fast lane access at bars and toilets. Must be purchased with a General Admission ticket.

elrow Bondi Beach XXL aims to be an inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We are constantly working on ways to improve the event experience for our patrons. We understand that when deciding about whether to attend an event, knowledge is power, so here are some things that might be useful for you to know before you arrive.

The information below is constantly being updated. If anything is noted as not yet known, check back soon for updates.

Accessible Tickets
If you require an Accessible Ticket, purchase a ticket and then head to the Moshtix ticket page and click ‘Accessibility Information‘ in the header to request that your ticket be converted free of charge. This ensures you receive accessibility information from us before the event and allows us to provision adequate resources on the day.

Carers / Companion Cards
We know that equal access can sometimes mean being accompanied by a carer. elrow Bondi Beach XXL offers complimentary carer/companion tickets for companion card holders. If you’d like to request a companion ticket, visit the link below and fill in the request form. You’ll need your Moshtix order number (from when you bought your own ticket to elrow Bondi Beach XXL) and a copy of your companion card.

IMPORTANT- We are more than happy to facilitate any companion swaps should your companion need to be replaced with someone else during the day. Just ask the Front Gate Manager or the Accessibility Manager and they will help organise this.

Accessibility Hotline
To help improve the experience for our accessible patrons we will be operating an accessible hotline on evening. The hotline phone will be monitored by the Accessibility Manager for the duration of the day and can be reached by phone call and text message. Please feel free to contact the hotline if you’re facing any access issues, need support, or have any questions related to accessibility. We strongly recommend contacting the number through WhatsApp, as mobile phone reception is likely to drop out as the festival gets busier.

The Accessibility Hotline number is only active during the event day. Check back here closer to the event day for the number.

Accessibility Liaisons
To help ensure a positive, safe experience for our accessible patrons, elrow Bondi Beach XXL will have a dedicated Accessibility Liaison team on site, led by an Accessibility Manager. They will be stationed on the viewing platform and roaming throughout the event. They can be reached by contacting the Accessibility Hotline number or asking any of our crew in yellow shirts. They’re there to help in any way they can so please reach out if you need assistance.

Assistance Animals
Assistance animals are welcome at this event as we understand that equal access can sometimes mean having one accompany you. Please ask one of our friendly staff or Accessibility Liaison for assistance. Assistance animals are trained to assist a person with disability and meet standards of hygiene and behaviour that are appropriate for an animal in a public place. If you would like to discuss how we can support you and your assistance animal on site before elrow Bondi Beach XXL, please email accessibility@fuzzy.com.au.

Getting to the Festival
We are still working through our event plans but there will be a dedicated accessible drop off point for this event, check back closer to the event for details.

Moving Around The Site
elrow Bondi Beach XXL will have ample pathways throughout the site, leading to or close to all amenities, event facilities, bars, stages and viewing platform. The paths are continuous and are concrete. They can occasionally get congested, so if you require assistance to move from one area of the site to another, we encourage you to contact the Accessibility Hotline or ask any of our event staff for assistance.

Accessible Toilets
We have ample accessible toilets on site. There is one at the viewing platform, in the VIP area and at every block of toilets. Check the accessible patron map for their exact locations. The accessible toilets are identifiable by this symbol:

Accessible Viewing Platform
There will be an accessibility viewing platform at the main stage.  The viewing platform is solely for the use of our accessibility patrons plus one other (carer or friend). There is a continuous concrete path of travel from the Accessible Entry to the viewing platform. Chairs are provided on the platform as well as an accessible toilet. The platform will be staffed by our friendly event team who are there to help in any way they can.

Facility Access
At elrow Bondi Beach XXL, the bars, Anything Anytime (Merch/Cloakroom) and Recycling will have Accessible service points with lowered counters. These will have signage above them that reads “Accessible”.

Lighting / Special Effects Considerations
Please bear in mind that some artists at elrow Bondi Beach XXL request special effects for their performances. This can include but is not limited to Strobe lights, Flames, CO2 and Close Proximity Fireworks. To make sure you’re aware of what to expect, please check back here closer to the show for more information on special effects.

Medical
elrow Bondi Beach XXL will be operating an advanced Medical Facility and a crowd care, Party Safe space. These tents are next to each other and are noted on the accessible patron map. The Party Safe team will also be out roaming the site in their Pink Tees, handing out sunscreen and lollies and are always up for a chat. They’re there to support you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsafe, or are unwell.

How to buy Dine&Dance Packages:

1. Explore Dine&Dance Venues

2. Book via the Dine&Dance Venue
Packages are available directly via the venue’s booking system.

3. Pay upfront
Your ticket and set menu are paid for at the time of booking. This confirms your dinner reservation and guarantees your event ticket.

4. Hold tight!
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation from the venue. They will hold your ticket on your behalf.

5. On the day
Arrive at the venue at your reserved time, collect your ticket and enjoy your meal, then head straight into elrow Bondi Beach XXL.

Please note: Dine&Dance Package price and inclusions vary per venue, and it is at the discretion of the venue to develop and adapt these at any time.
